The debut album by Creedence Clearwater Revival, Self-Titled 1968 Vinyl LP Fantasy 8382.
This factory-sealed Vinyl Record is unopened and unplayed.
Includes CCR's hit "Susie Q" which reached No. 11 on Billboard's charts the year of release.

Clipped (cutout) corner upper right, where the shrink wrap was cut as well, which allowed the shrink to split about 3 1/2" along the upper right of top spine as shown. Minor upper spine wear as a result, see closeup.
Minor center spine wear lower as well, shown in closeup, about 1/8" diameter, just above the corner.
Very minor corner rub lower right corner from exposed shrink, about 1/4".
Very faint ring wear front and rear.
This LP appears to have been in storage for some time, and the manufacturing weight of the paper fiber used for the jacket is on the light side, contributing to the jacket condition.
