Description

An original 1st press of Pendulum on UK Liberty from Xmas 1970. Matrix A1/B1. Stampers 2L/1GM. The heavy-set vinyl comes housed in an original gatefold cover. We also have an original generic company inner from the time.
Vinyl (Ex/Vg+) In great shape and has only seen light use. Under close inspection I could only make out a couple of light marks - nothing remotely troublesome. A thorough testing from beginning to end reveals a mostly EXCELLENT level of playback with one deviation. Intros and inbetweens are nice and quiet and the audio comes across with excellent clarity. A very nice clean player throughout. A few crackles in one isolated spot per side - nothing invasive. One non-repeating skip in 'Born To Move'. Blink and you'll miss it. But it is there. Overall - a cracking little player.
Cover (Vg) Pretty good, but does have a sticker removal mark top right on the front. It has been inked in to help blend it in. Setting that aside front and rear surfaces are otherwise nice clean and unworn. The interior looks great - no issues. Expect a bit of edge wear in places - nothing epic. Bit of wear on the spine so the text is only semi-legible. Overall the cover retains excellent rigidity.
Inner (Vg+) Light ageing. No splits.
