Description

Grading is done conservatively, visually. Check unaltered sound clips. I currently have a number of very cool Halloween-themed popcorn, rockabilly, R&B, surf, exotica, and atmospheric, moody, spooky, and weird instrumental 45 and LP obscurities up for grabs.

ARTIST: Mark Murphy
TITLE: Come and Get Me / Love
LABEL: Riverside
CONDITION: VG+

Jazz popcorn noir from the early '60s, and only released on 45. From those first creeping bass notes to the strings' final eerie groan, "Come and Get Me" is just so macabre on so many levels. I mean, the man is pleading with his dead lover. An unholy essential.
