Crowded House - 'Weather With You' Australian Promo 12" Vinyl Record RP248
A very hard to find original 12" vinyl Australian promo from 1992 of 'Weather With You' by Crowded House on Capitol Records (RP248).  The tracks are as follows:
Side 1
Weather With You (This Mix)  4:33
Side 2
Weather With You (That Mix)  4:08 Weather With You (Other Mix)  3:24

The record is in Excellent condition and plays beautifully.  It has a couple of minor surface marks which do not affect play whatsoever.  The original shaped poly inner sleeve is in Excellent condition.  The record was issued in just a standard black card promo cover.  This is rated as Good+ condition as it has some ring wear/creasing and a seam split.

Comes from a smoke free/pet free home.
Note that I use Record Collector's grading system for all my record sales. 
The record will be removed from its original sleeve and placed at the side of it in a new white paper sleeve to avoid any seam split during transit.  Both will be placed inside a poly sleeve and then into a vinyl mailer with a stiffener. The record will be sent via Royal Mail and will be posted within 3 days of receiving payment.
