About This Record.  This is a Super Rare original USA copy of The Crystals LP entitled The Greatest Hits Volume One, on the light blue/black letter Philles LP PHLP 4001.  Heavy vinyl.  This was the last issued on this color label before the yellow red label, I believe.  The third LP released on Phil Spector's label.

Vinyl Condition.  Looks VG with some light marks; nothing serious; plays VG+ better with some EX moments but light background noise.  No marks detract from play, just the pressing and the loving vinyl background noise.

Cover Condition.  EX to EX+ with light paper slict tear on top left and right corners of front cover.  Light age wear.  NICE!

Label Condition. The all important labels are in EX+ to NM- on Side 1, and VG+ on side 2 because of a few very small tears in label (see the label photographed)

About Me.  I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years.  With a child in college, I often sell records so I can buy more vinyl.  99% of what I sell is vinyl; read my Feedback! Common LPs are a waste of your time and mine!    I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept in well preserved.  This comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine and housed in a new rice paper equivalent sleeve, and plastic sleeve, and original plain inner sleeve.
