Description

Tree Top Records.  TTR 4182.  Looking Up.  Original 1978 private pressing from Philadelphia.  The cover grades between VG+ and VG++ with slight overall wear and a small 1" seam split at the top right that has been neatly reglued.  A visual grade of the record is between VG+ and VG++ with just slight surface wear.  A play grade is VG++ with very minimal surface noise.  There is a slight outer edge warp that does not affect play with the tonearm set at 1.5 grams (my standard setting).  I reset at a lighter 1.25 grams to test and it does repeat at the very beginning at that weight.  There are sound clips at the bottom of this listing.  The first is all of side 1.  The second is all of side 2.
Save on shipping with multiple wins.  For domestic shipping each additional LP is 25 cents for media mail.  For international shipping, I have to calculate a price based on weight.  The rate changes dramatically for each pound (as an example 2 lbs. is $23.75 and 2 lbs. 1 oz. is $35.75)  If you're bidding on multiple items just request an invoice when you're done and I'll send an adjusted invoice.
The US Postal service increased shipping rates again on 1/21/2018.  Please check shipping cost before bidding.  Thanks.
GRADING
Near Mint or Mint Minus:  My top grade.  The record or cover will show the most minimal of wear.  The record will have top gloss.  The cover will be free from any ring wear, splits, or handwriting.
VG++ :  Not quite Near Mint but a super clean, desirable record.
VG+ :  The record or cover will show signs of wear but no significant defects.
VG  :  Obvious signs of wear but the record still has life in it.  VG does not mean beat.
VG Minus  :  The record or cover will show moderate to heavy wear.  For a common record this would not be an acceptable grade.  For an in-demand, rare record it should be considered.
Good  :  Very heavy wear.  This grade would only be acceptable if the record is rare enough that you might not see another copy available for sale.   Powered by eCommercePlayer.com Powered by eCommercePlayer.com
