Description

This is the original deep groove RVG-stamped “P”-pressing of Curtis Fuller “Bone & Bari” on the West 63rd labels of Blue Note BLP 1572.  The playing surface is in excellent condition; inaudible storage splotching; the first track on Side 1 has intermittent areas of light tics: seven, then eight, then three, and finally two; the rest of the record plays beautifully.  The laminated West 63rd cover is in near new condition – bright and clean throughout – with sharp corners and unworn seams; ½” light stain at the left edge of the back slick.  Personnel include Tate Houston, Sonny Clark, Paul Chambers, and Art Taylor.  $750.00.
