Description

Single was play tested through Focal Elegia's and it played as NM, I numerically scored the audio a 98 sounding dead quiet and nearly perfect less what may have been a missed fleck of dust on the B-side; a visual inspection shows vinyl that might not have been played before my test.  Based on this I am scoring the vinyl as NM.  Also, I've been listening to this song for almost 40 years, did you know that towards the end the gain changes a little.  I'm not even sure, just before a couple of Cyndi's yips all of a sudden it just gets a little louder/clearer sounding.  I have the LP and I checked the track there and the same thing happens.  I'm not sure that I've really heard this track on headphones so I never noticed it before.  I'll never not hear it now and I don't want you to hear it for the first time and think something is wrong with the pressing (like I did at first).
The sleeve is NM and is among the most perfect Japanese sleeve I've seen. There are a couple of faint minor creases, more noticeable when looking at the sleeve from behind, but overall this condition is better than EX, it's more like NM-.  Honestly, unless you have a time machine that can get you back to 1984, you wont find a better copy of this single.  The sleeve is an easy 95 which is still within what I consider a NM sleeve.
