Description
In this APGA (Association Phonique des Grands Artistes) record made in 1906 or 1907,
Alfred D’Ambrosio plays his own composition:
Violon Solo “Reverie” number 150194 (printed on label and engraved on the disk)
Violon Solo “Aria” number 150207 (printed on label and engraved on the disk)
Alfred D’Ambrosio was born in Naples in 1871 and died in Nice in 1914. He was a composer and a violinist.
As with most APGA discs, the playing surface is dull with marks but should still be playable with lots of surface noise. This disc is old, more than 115 years.
