The Condition of the Record is strong VG++ / close to Near Mint / clean & glossy with no wear & only some small, very light surface marks that do not affect play.   Has also been VPI cleaned and plays Near Mint.  Labels are also clean. 
The Condition of the Cover is VG+ with very light wear & a few light creases.  Also has the original shrink wrap (not sealed).
