DAMON - "Song of a Gypsy" LP on the Ankh label, from 1969. This is a original US private pressing of a megarare underground acid fuzz folk psych album. One of the most sought after and rarest psychedelic albums of all time. Music is trippy, mystical Eastern acid folk fuzz psych with haunting vocals. This is the 1st pressing with the beautiful black textured gatefold cover, with gold embossed lettering. The cover is in nice EX++ condition, pretty amazing condition for this fragile cover. The back cover is blank. Labels are clean. The disc is nice and shiny, and for this mega rarity, I would grade it visually as a strong VG+, with only some very light surface hairline type marks. And plays really excellent. Absolutely impossible to find. This is a ORIGINAL, and not a reissue. Sorry, but I have to put a reasonable reserve on this one. Winner pays for shipping.
