Though there are rarely ever any problems with my items (I always try my very best to describe everything exactly!) - PLEASE REMEMBER to contact with me FIRST, if you have any problems at all, before you leave feedback and star ratings, so I get a chance to turn any negative experience into a positive one! I can always happily sort anything out for you, if you let me know you have a problem! This way no one has to leave Negative/Neutral feedback - and we both walk away happy! Please do NOT bid if you cannot give me at least 1 chance to sort everything out to your FULL satisfaction in the unlikely event of a problem. Thanks. Our Service for you:- we send your parcel immediately after monetary input
- we send the tracking number directly
- we can't do more... we have no affekt for the shipping times,
so please have some patience - If you do not want to wait, we please you not to bid, thank you.
Yours ach011blau Team
News - December 4th, 2020
Italy + France (also applies to Belgium, Greece, Ireland and the Czech Republic)
The parcel volumes currently required in the parcel networks in Italy and France, even now also in the UK, are therefore forced to apply the following restrictions for the dispatch of business customer parcels (DHL Paket International and DHL Paket Connect) to Italy and from Friday, December 4, 2020 France to implement:
This means that since December 4, 2020, all packages have been returned to the sender because the two countries do not have sufficient storage and unloading options.
THINK AND HOPE THAT THE SITUATION WILL IMPROVE AFTER CHRISTMAS / WE CAN STORE THAT CANNOT WAIT, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE / STAY HEALTHY .... Gerhard from Germany in December 2020
