At the time of it's release this gem of a psych, Freakbeat 45 sold very poorly indeed and original UK copies are very near impossible to find in any condition.
Both sides of the vinyl on this copy are in very clean and glossy excellent++ condition and both sides play and sound superb apart from just a few background tics on each side, these few tics are actually caused by a tiny pressing flaw, at the start of each track there is a tiny slightly raised bubbled area that causes these few tics, they are not very loud and they are over in just a few turns, apart from this tiny flaw the 45 looks, plays and sounds superb.
The label to the A-side has the embossed KT stamp around the spindle hole and is in superb EX++ condition, on side 2 the label has a faded area on the right outer edge, again this printing error must have been caused during the pressing of the 45 and does not look too bad at all and obviously has no affect on play at all. The Columbia company sleeve is in excellent clean defect free condition.
This is still a brilliant very clean original copy of a highly sought after mega-rare UK Psych-Freakbeat 45.
If you collect rare Mod, Psych, Freakbeat 45's and the stranger and more obscure beat, heavy soul and Pop-Sike releases from the mid to late 1960's then this 45 should definitely be in your collection. This is just an essential gem of a UK psych 45 in great clean playing condition apart from a minute pressing flaw, i am sure that the winning bidder will still be delighted to have this musically brilliant very rare UK psych 45 in their collection.
