WOW.....WHAT A GREAT ADD TO ONE'S CLASSIC JAZZ ALBUM COLLECTION THIS GEM WILL MAKE!
This is an outstanding example of the classic album by the great Dave Brubeck Quartet featuring Paul Desmond on sax. This is the earlier rare 1962 "360 Stereo Sound" (in black print) 2-eye vinyl. No signs or past use such as spindle marks on either side which play through very well. On close inspection a very superficial scratch and scuff on SIDE 1 can be seen but do not impact on overall listening quality. This stereo vinyl rates a solid EX+ as to condition. The original Columbia inner sleeve depicting, in color, 33 other Columbia LPs os the day including by artists such as Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Frank Sinatra, Tony Bennett and Johnny Cash.This inner sleeve obviously protected the vinyl well and looks like it probably at the time this album was first opened (no slits) with just a small wrinkle on one side and light fading on the edges being noted (rates a NM as to its condition. The outer jacket is in splendid condition with great vibrant cover art, strong fully legible seams and corners and would be a superb cover to frame if one is so inclined. The back cover has some light yellowing/fading on edges (see photo). This jacket rates an EX as to overall condition. A new poly slip-on outer sleeve is included to help protect this classic gem for another 53+ years and then some.
