This record is in near mint condition. It has just a few spindle marks visible on the labels but there are no pen marks, scuffs or stains. There is a no wear around the centres and overall the labels are clean, bright and in nice shape.

As for the vinyl itself, both sides are really clean, have a vivid lustre and have little to nothing showing in normal light. There is still little visible under bright light with just a few of the most minor and faint wispy lines. Overall it is in really nice condition and is a solid grade of NrM visually.

I play tested the record and it played really well throughout. It lays flat on the deck and there is no unwanted movement in the record arm upon playing. The sound produced is excellent with no distortion caused by excessive use, and of course no skips, sticks or annoying clicks. There was barely a hint surface noise, and most certainly nothing at all major. Overall a very tidy listen with little to no interference. For a mellow and quiet folk album is plays great and with very nice audio clarity.

The sleeve is in excellent condition and has a signed(Judy Dinning) message to the rear. This reads: 'To Sylvia Lots Of Love Judy Dinning XXX'.
As for the condition of the sleeve this is very tidy and presentable all round with no splits, tears, scuffs or unwanted pen marks. The writing along the spine is all clearly legible. There are very light ring marks showing to each side, and a few minor creases in places, but there is certainly nothing major. There is also a small(3mm by 18mm) area missing or nibbled to the rear bottom left edge area. This is not hugely noticeable but is there and needs to be mentioned. Overall a very presentable sleeve with no major wear but light signs of its age. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible

It includes its original plain white inner which is in excellent+ condition with no splits or major issues but with slight signs of storage and age. The record will be sent in a brand new plain white replacement to ensure it remains clean and ready to play. 

The record will be packaged in between cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to try to ensure a swift delivery.
