Originally dismissed by Bowie detractors as inferior to his earlier efforts, this 1973 masterpiece not only aged gracefully and gained in stature over the ensuing 30 years, but is now considered one of the 20-30 TOWERING GIANTS of Rock music. Visually captivating cover must be one of top-20 cover artworks of all time. Our favorite Bowie album, no doubt. Mick Ronson and Spiders from Mars shake up a storm on this one, and Bowie's version of "Let's spend the night together" puts the original Rolling Stones version to shame.
