Description
A lovely true first UK pressing of David Bowie's Aladdin Sane on RCA from 1973, complete with the coveted Fan Club folder.
This is the very first press with the earliest 3T/3T matrices and glossy orange RCA labels on thick vinyl.
The gatefold sleeve, printed by Shorewood, remains in EX condition with strong straight edges and sharp corners; the printed card inner is almost as well preserved with just a little light creasing whilst the bottom seam has become unstuck and might benefit from re-glueing; the Fan Club folder is still bright and white and remains fully intact, having never been cut in two (as owners were advised) and the various sections to be filled in have never been filled in (there is the odd crease and a corner ding); the first press disc itself is VG with various light surface marks here and there but no nasty deep feelable scratches of any kind.
Good luck if you are bidding - I carefully pack vinyl using professional packaging and post with the disc removed from the sleeve to prevent knifing during transit.
