Rare David Bowie Diamond Dogs First Issue Vinyl 

This does not include the credit for 'Bewitched' in 'Future Legend' On the record label.

Bowie had 'borrowed' the melody from the 1940s Rogers/Hart song 'Bewitched, Bothered & Bewildered' for the instrumental backing to the track, meaning that subsequent UK issues were obliged to include a credit under the Copyright Act of 1956.

(Note that there were different laws in some territories, such as the USA, which meant not all countries added the credit.) Additionally, UK reissues after the Copyright, Designs & Patent Act 1988 do not have the additional credit.
