Ultra-rare and OOP, original 1995 BMG/RCA Records Euro Import vinyl version of Bowie's 1995 album, "Outside". A 90s rarity, very few of these were made for vinyl, unfortunately. This is an edited, shortened version of the digital version, and many would say (myself included) a much stronger, more listenable version, as the original CD is a sprawling, long album with a lot of extra fluff. This pares it down to the best tracks by far, and makes for a much better listen, IMO. 13 tracks in all. Bowie's greatest album of the 90s, and one of his strangest, most experimental, and certainly one of his darkest recordings.
Please Note- the cover has some fairly serious damage, a large tear on the front cover artwork, and 2 smaller tears nearby (see picture #1), as well as a fair amount of edge ware and a small spilt on the spine. I bought it this way 12+ years ago, and have taken better care of it since. The vinyl is in very good condition, plays great, nice and loud and very bass-ey, with only a few crackles/pops audible between songs. Comes with the original printed sleeve, and the super cool 8-page 12 x 12 printed booklet with lyrics, credits, lots of weird artwork, and the bizarre murder mystery story that this whole song-cycle is based around.
