Up for grabs is an exceptionally RARE NM/NM pressing of David Bowie's Classic album Hunky Dory,

manufactured for/by and distributed by RCA Limited, Sydney, Australia and Auckland, New Zealand.

To be honest I've never seen this pressing before, as it appears to be a re-issue, but the date of the re-issue I am not

sure of.  This pressing seems even rarer than the double back issue, which are very hard to come by in and of

themselves.  The front cover only has Bowie's face (no album title, no artist name, no label name), which makes this a

rare find!  Also, I love the bright vibrant colors on this front cover, compared to most other pressings.  As you can see on

the bottom right rear of cover has N.Z.878, which you will have trouble finding this pressing anywhere!  The front and

back of the sleeve is basically in NM condition, with only the slightest bit of edge wear (see pics).  Truly hard to find any

pressing of Hunky Dory in this condition!


Now, take a look at the side one label, and you will find the mis-print of Light Line Poem

instead of Eight Line Poem.  This appears on the side one label only and not the cover. 

They must have been in quite a hurry to ship these out, due to Bowie' exploding popularity,

and never realized their mistake!  The vinyl is excellent NM condition on both sides and sounds excellent, with hardly

any signs of sleeve marks or hairlines!  I have never seen this pressing before, so don't miss your chance to own this

true rarity!  From my personal collection!
