Please see photos.. This is sealed but has seam issues on the top the there is significant splits on the top

This Is the general standard of records grading that I use
Mint | Near Mint | Very Good Plus | Very Good | Good/Good Plus | Poor/Fair
Mint [M]: only unopened and or sent by manufacture open get this grading from me
Near Mint [NM or M-]: almost perfect good luster visually looks great and plays near perfectly for (mint -) the record might have a one or two surface issues or show minor wear but have been taken care of and play nearly perfectly. Cover and all inserts etc are near perfect
Very Good Plus [VG+]: issues some pops and scratches more than a few visible problems. Some issues with cover and or gatefold sleeves etc but nothing too bad
Very Good [VG]: plays good but had some surface noise and had little luster but is not a bad album some issues with the general presentation of the album but nothing terrible
Good [G], Good Plus [G+]does not mean a bad album but has more than your average issues many visible scratches etc
Poor [P], Fair [F]:
Basically if you want to hang it on your wall.
