Hi People!
Up for auction here we have a very rare European only release of David Bowies three fantastic albums Lodger, Heroes and Low in one awesome box set!
This box set is called Portrait of a Star and was a German release in 1984 and is very rare to find these days.
Catalogue number is PL89078(3).
It is often on e-bay at unrealistic Buy It Now prices but i have put a sensible starting price on this, so its a real chance for some lucky fan to get their hands on it for their collection! These will only get more collectible as the years go by. The three LPs are housed in a box and come with two inlay sheets.

CONDITION
Vinyl
I would grade all three discs as in excellent condition. They all still have a lovely shine and there are no major flaws or scratches. Under bulb-light you can see the odd scuff and some light hairlines caused by removal from sleeve and the few times it was played, but these are only really noticeable if scrutinising, and dont detract from the lovely quality of the vinyl.
Box
The box is in very good plus condition and is still sturdy and strong. Great gothic photo of Bowie and gothic lettering on lid! There is a bit of minor edgewear and the odd crease to the box but only very minor. There is some small wear to the top right where there was a price sticker and a small graze to lid photo just to the left of bowies forehead. You can just make these out on the main photo. There is a small tear to the edge of the box lid which is only noticeable from the side. I have provided a photo of this so you can see but it is nothing too bad. The box still looks looks pretty great for a near 30 year old record.
Inlay Sheets
The inlay sheets are in excellent conditions with no rips or tears. There is the odd light crease but still in great nick.
Inner Sleeves
The plain white inner sleeves are in near mint condition.
