DAVID BOWIE RARE man of words ORIGINAL LP PROMO
ARTIST: David Bowie ALBUM: Man of Words/ Man of Music LABEL: Mercury (White label promo) YEAR: 1969 CONDITION (COVER/LP): VG+/ VG+
Cover has corner and edge wear, no splits. The glue holding the unipak sides down has partially dried up, though that can easily be repaired if you so desire. No splits to the cardboard. Minor ring wear, small stain upper right of back cover. The LP has a couple surface marks that will not sound. All in all a very collectable copy of this extremely rare record.
This is the original 1969 US pressing (a white label promo, no less) of David Bowie's first LP, later repressed on RCA with a different cover under the title "Space Oddity".40
