The record has extremely minimal light surface marks and light paper scuffs(all hairline/superficial marks). Both labels are clean and have extremely minimal spindle marks. The record grades excellent condition.

The lyric fold-out insert has no tears. No creasing and grades excellent condition.

The sleeve has extremely minimal light edge wear. Minimal corner wear with slightly more being on the bottom left corner. Some ring wear/rubbing marks(see picture). No splits. No tears. The cover grades a near excellent condition.
