DAVID BOWIE SELF TITLED VINYL LP DERAM USA 1967 STEREO 1ST PRESS EXC PRO CLEANED

	£		495
	$		656

Description

• Disc condition: EX - Vinyl is nice and flat to the deck. Crisp labels, with hardly any spindle wear. Vinyl is very clean, nice copy! Plays as excellent. Has correct label indentation showing it is a genuine first pressing.

• Sleeve condition: VG+ - Over all it looks near excellent, and has the deletion hole punched in at bottom right edge. Light spine wear a touch of ringwear and minor edge wear only, but looks really nice otherwise. Could be near excellent grade.

• Matrix/stampers: (machine stamped) ZAL 7656 Bell Sound ZAL 7657 Bell Sound

• Very rare USA first pressing from 1967. The original inner bag advertises 4 series of London Records releases: "Mantovani," "Phase 4 Stereo," Teen Beat," and "Popular and International." This stereo issue is rarer than the mono. Note this US edition of the album omits two tracks, "We Are The Hungry Men" and "Maid of Bond Street," as opposed to the UK stereo edition. Track B2, both on the back cover and the centre label, is incorrectly listed as "Silly Boy Blues" when it should be "...Blue." Track B6's title, "Please Mr. Gravedigger," is listed as "Please, Mr. Gravedigger" on the B-side label. Super rare Bowie debut! Don't miss it! Superb!
