DAVID BOWIE...SPACE ODDITY...RCA...LSP 4813  BPRS 4501...1972...

Superb 1st press of the 1972 RCA release of this classic album...Originally released on Philips in 1969...

Not my original bought new in 1972 copy, that has long since gone to vinyl heaven played within an inch of its life with the poster proudly selotaped to my bedroom wall,,i remember the parent-ship taking a wrong turn on the landing and walking into MY! room where the father-ship stood wide-eyed and open mouthed as he took in the newly adorned walls covered in pictures of my newly discovered Rock God..."Is it a girl or a boy?" he said to the Mother-ship. "Wrong" said i in my deepest unbroken voice i could manage "IT is an alien with the voice of an angel"..Exit the parent-ship shaking there heads in disbelief as Ground control to Major Tom filled the room....

Sleeve...EXCELLENT CONDITION...Superb sleeve...

Vinyl/Visual...EXCELLENT+ CONDITION...Beautiful clean vinyl with A1E/1E matrix...

Vinyl/Played...NEAR MINT...There is minimal background static in the run in to Track 1 'Space Oddity' for a few seconds,,that is it...The rest of the album is crystal clear perfect audio...A beautiful playing record...

Labels...NEAR MINT CONDITION...orange labels...

Inner sleeve...NEAR MINT CONDITION...Original pink/white picture/lyric inner...

Insert...NEAR MINT CONDITION...Original poster...
