These records are in very good condition. There are spindle marks on each label but there are no pen marks, scuffs or stains anywhere. There is some light fading in places however and also the centres show light wear. These are not loose or really worn though and overall the labels are still in good shape.
As for the vinyl itself, all four sides have clear signs of use visible with light sleeve scuffs, surface lines and some light marks showing. There is nothing really nasty or deep however just light lines and signs of use to all sides. So overall a clearly used pair of lps that are free from nasty lines but have light marks, scuffs and signs of use.
I play tested both the records and they played well overall with no major levels of surface noise and no skips, sticks or serious ticks. They both lay flat on the deck and upon playing there is only a minor amount of movement in the record arm. The audio for the majority is of good quality with minimal surface noise or interference. There is a touch in the run in and between some tracks however and also some in parts of side 3. Dor example track 1 on side 3 does have light surface noise faintly throughout, due to its mellow nature. This side is the worst of all four and would only grade as VG audibly while the others are all better than this and are solid VG+ sound wise. Overall despite clearly being used the lps still play decent enough and can still be enjoyed. Although the audio is not perfect it is also far from horrific or unenjoyable.
The gatefold sleeve is in excellent- condition. It has only mild wear and rubbing to the edges and corners(pics) with the writing along the spine all still legible. There is a 1" area of wear on the top edge but this is not a split and the sleeve is still rock solid all round. There are no tears, scuffs or pen marks anywhere and overall the sleeve looks tidy all round. There is some light creasing to the laminate in places and also ring marks showing but these are both not really extreme. Overall a solid, tidy and clean sleeve but with some signs of age and use. Please study the pictures provided to gain as much information as possible to its condition.
It contains two brand new plain white replacement inners as the originals were missing.
The record will be packaged in cardboard stiffeners and bubble wrapped thoroughly when dispatched. It will also be sent in a brand new protective plastic sleeve, and within 24hrs of receiving payment to ensure swift delivery.
