DAVID BOWIE "SOUND+VISION" XL SIZE ESSENTIAL CREW ISSUE ONLY LEVI STRAUSS TOUR JACKET---ULTRA RARE STOCKHOLM ONLY FROM 24th AUGUST 1990 Here, for auction is a vintage David Bowie "Sound+Vision" crew only Levi Strauss denim jacket in blue with tour logo. It is in amazing condition and has not had much wear. These jackets were made in very small quantities and only issued in limited numbers to the essential crew working on the "Sound+Vision" gig at the Olympic Stadium in Stockholm, Sweden on August 24th 1990. The back has the event details and a full length green and yellow silhouette of Bowie on the back. The jacket, itself, is in pale denim and traditional Levi style, with breast and waist pockets, metal "Levi" buttons up the front and on the 2 breast pocket flaps. It is in lovely condition with a small ink stain to the bottom of the left waist pocket. The Levi Strauss label has the written initials SC-W but I have tried, in vain, to work out which member of the crew had worn this. The size is XL (although this can't be seen on the label) and measures 70 cm across the back from armpit to armpit. This certainly is a wonderful collectible Bowie item, especially if you were there on the 24th August 1990!
