IF BIDDING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK THEN PLEASE NOTE THAT I USE EBAY'S GSP FOR POSTING. THESE COSTS CAN BE HIGH. IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO PAY THESE PRICES THEN PLEASE DO NOT BID. This item will ONLY be sent by GSP and if this is any flaw with it on arrival then you will have to deal with GSP. I have described the item as fully as I can and can see no further faults other than those that I have detailed below.
Unfortunately I need to cash in on some of my record collection to help fund my retirement so..........................
For auction here is a superb copy of Aladdin Sane by David Bowie and issued in the UK on RCA RS 1001. The runout matrices are:- CPRY 4543-3T A1G and CPRY 4544-3T A2 H which, I believe, make it a first pressing according to Discogs.
The gatefold cover is in an Excellent condition, it's not mint but it's still good. There's possibly some slight scuffing at the top and bottoms of the outer part of the cover but I have no idea if they all come like that. There is a very slight indent on the back opening of about 1mm for about 4mm. I can see a very faint light scuff on either outside stretching for about 15cm . Other than that there is not much wrong with it.
It comes in a plain white sleeve British Patent No. 800513 & 973939 MADE IN ENGLAND 1172 HMO 48 which, I believe, makes it the original.
The inner lyric sleeve is Excellent, hardly anything wrong with it to be honest. There is the slightest of foxing on the bottom but it is that slight.
The Fan Club Membership card is fully intact AND UNSIGNED. Most of these card were either split and posted-off or just written on.
The vinyl is EXCELLENT. There is nothing much wrong with it to be honest. Under strong sunlight I can see the faintest of marks on Drive-In Saturday but you really have to look close for this.
The labels are perfect as are each side of the spindle hole. To my eyes I cannot see any spindle marks.
This item adheres strictly to the guidelines below and they detail all that can be expected- nothing more nothing less. Please do NOT expect a MINT item.

I try to adhere as closely as possible to the Record Collector Magazine grading system which is shown below as a guide. I do ad + and - to gradings for intermediate conditions. Any record described as 'Mint' will mean 'Unplayed'.
RECORD COLLECTORS GRADING SYSTEM
Mint (M) The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint. Excellent (EX) The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing. Very Good (VG) The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects is acceptable Good (G) Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc Fair (F) The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced. Poor (P) The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing Bad (B) The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-fillerprice rating
