DAVID JOHN & MOOD TO CATCH THAT MAN 1964 VOCALION V 9220 RARE FREAKBEAT 45

On offer is The DAVID JOHN & THE MOOD 45 rpm entitled TO CATCH THAT MAN c/w PRETTY THING released in the UK on VOCALION V 9220 in 1964. This RARE freakbeat 45 is highly sought after by collectors and is priced at over £200 in the Record Collector Rare Record Price Guide.

It has a scratch in the vinyl at the very start of To Catch That Man – that causes a few slight clicks during the opening bars of the music. Apart from these background clicks at the very start of the 45: the record sounds really great especially when played VERY LOUD on my Bose stereo hi-fi.
The vinyl on this rare demo is nice EX condition with very nice and clean vinyl: with only a couple of minor surface/ hairline marks and the one small scratch listed above.
The record label on both the A and the B side [see scans] looks great.
The disc is housed in its original Vocalion label company sleeve.
This 45 is an original 1964 record from my personal collection that I have been very pleased to own and is in EXCELLENT condition [except for the one surface scratch which causes background clicks for a few seconds].
