POLYDOR SELECT LABEL 1971 ORIGINAL FIRST & ONLY RARE UK PRESSING WITH E J DAY PRESS MATT SINGLE SLEEVE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.

Released in 1971 on the POLYDOR SELECT label, I am offering today this original first UK pressing of this ACID FOLK album by DAVID PARKER. The album is simply titled "DAVID PARKER". The vinyl looks near mint but I have just played it through and it is a nice excellent player and plays with no sticks or skips etc but I noticed some light crackle on occasion which may disperse with a good clean.
The album comes complete with original E J Day printed matt single sleeve which like most examples has a sticker tear in the top right corner due to the fact that when this album was released it had a large blue sticker on the front. aside from that it is a respectable example with no splits or unwanted writing etc but the spine is no longer legible.
I have just played this album through for these listing purposes and I am pleased to say that it plays very well with absolutely no sticks or skips or nasty pops etc but there was a touch of light crackle on occasion which may go with a good clean.
The VINYL, The Vinyl visually looks near mint. Audibly it plays through well, I would describe this as excellent as it plays nicely with absolutely no nasty sticks or skips etc, Any bidders should not be disappointed.
The SLEEVE, The fragile matt single sleeve printed by E J Day is in reasonably clean. The spine is no longer legible and there is a sticker tear on the front panel. Otherwise clean with no splits or unwanted writing etc.
The LABELS, The first issue red Polydor labels are very clean, showing virtually no spindle traces. Needless to say they are free from unwanted writing or stickers etc.
The INNER, The generic inner is clean and free from unwanted writing, stickers or splits etc.
I try to be accurate in my grading as I know what its like to buy miss graded items but won't insult you by writing song lyrics etc. If you feel I have not described this correctly I am happy to refund you providing I receive the item back in the same condition as it leaves me, But I can only refund one lot of postage,
