12 inch Original 78 rpm Extended Play record from the Army Service Forces World War II Era Collectible..."VICTORY DISC"! This one features numbers by two famous orchestras, David Rose and Victor Young...

"V-Discs" were special recordings, featuring music otherwise generally unavailable, specially recorded for the Service Men and Women... This one is #198, and leads off with "DAVID ROSE AND HIS ORCHESTRA (Orchestral)" ..."NOSTALGIA, MEMORIES OF YOU"  The "b" side features VICTOR YOUNG And His Orchestra (WALTZ)...  "JEANNINE I DREAM OF LILAC TIME, SWEETHEART OF SIGMA CHI"  Condition of the labels; VG, spotting/ soil on the 'b' side (see photos)... Condition of the playing surfaces; VG+, light wear/ scuffs/ light abrasions

Records are graded per "GOLDMINE" standards: SS= Still Sealed... M= Perfect...NM= Near Perfect...EX= Not Quite NM!...VG+= some wear, slight damage...VG= wear, some damage...G+= considerable wear, damage...Good, Fair. VISA, MC, DISCOVER are all OK.
