GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT MY VINYL LP RECORDS

• SOURCE: All LPs I list are from my personal collection, many were purchased used, and have been stored vertically in a smoke-free environment.
• EXPOSURE TO HOUSE PETS: Please note that some LPs may have been exposed to dogs & cats, so if you have pet-related allergies, you may wish to bid elsewhere.
• PLAY GRADED: Unless otherwise noted, most of the vinyl LPs I am listing have been listened to in their entirety and graded accordingly, in addition to being visually inspected.
• OVERALL QUALITY: The majority will be sonically Good to Excellent with minimal surface noise, pops or clicks.

LP RECORD RATINGS

Each album is graded in 3 categories:
1. JACKET CONDITION
2. VINYL APPEARANCE
3. SOUND QUALITY

The grading scale is from "5" (NEAR MINT or Nearly Perfect - no vinyl is truly perfect) down to "1" (POOR - has loud pops, skips/repeats & major distortion).

VINYL LP GRADING SCALE

SS - STILL SEALED: Jacket should be perfect. Unable to grade vinyl. Returns allowed only if album is still sealed. 5 - NEAR MINT (NM) / VINYL: Opened and played once or twice, but visually and sonically as if just opened. JACKET: Has few if any flaws, almost new condition. 4 - VERY GOOD (VG) / VINYL: Very light surface noise in some spots, possibly a couple soft pops, but not intrusive or bothersome; very minor visible marks or scuffs only. Vinyl still has most of its original sheen. JACKET: Slight wear only; very small creases, only light ring wear acceptable; no seam splits or major fading or ring wear, edges & corners have some slightly noticeable wear. 3 - GOOD (G) / VINYL: Sounds used but still very enjoyable with some minor pops & clicks; visible wear evident, including minor scratches or spindle marks. Some fading of original shiny appearance. JACKET: May have multiple types of wear, including very small seam splits, noticeable rubbing/ring wear; edges/corners will be have medium wear; possible small marks or writing, but nothing intrusive. 2 - FAIR (F) / VINYL: Surface noise and scratches very audible, but still playable with no repeats or skips; Visible moderate scratches and other flaws will be evident in abundance. Spindle wear, light warpage, etc. Surface has dull appearance. JACKET: Will have multiple seam splits, extreme ring wear or rubbing; edges/ corners frayed, but jacket is intact over and can still hold an LP inside. 1 - POOR (P) / VINYL: Constant, overpowering surface noise & scratches / probable skips or repeats; don’t bother looking at it! JACKET: Holds LP, but with taped up seam splits; edges/corners completely worn out; cover might make a good dummy cover for shipping. Unless the LP is extremely rare, I will not be selling anything in this condition.

PACKAGING

Vinyl in inner sleeve will be placed behind the jacket and enclosed in a poly outer sleeve.

This will then be carefully sandwiched between 200# rated corrugated cardboard pads and bubble wrap sheets.

Everything will be shipped in a 200# vari-depth heavy duty cardboard mailer made for multiple 12" LPs.

My cost for these brand new packing materials is $1.50-$2.00 per shipment, which is normally included in the S & H price, without any seller profit.

Originally issued by Capitol in 1958, this was reissued by DCC in 1997; mastering by Steve Hoffman. Includes original DCC catalog insert. For complete track listing, etc., please see the photos below.
• Catalog number: DCC LPZ-2047. Full bar code: 010963204711.
• JACKET CONDITION: 4.5 / Glossy jacket is in nearly-new condition; a couple very light creases & the slightest imprint of the vinyl on the front cover - otherwise clean in appearance with no seam splits. Please refer below to view the accompanying digital photos of the actual item listed in this auction.
• VINYL APPEARANCE: 4.5 / Nearly new in appearance; still very shiny; no warpage; clean labels.
• VINYL SONIC QUALITY: 4 / Fantastic sound quality! Very minimal, intermittent background noise with a just a couple light pops; a little inner groove dynamic distortion on the last track of each side.

• U.S. DOMESTIC: Vinyl shipping will be calculated by weight and will be shipped either by USPS Media Mail or Priority Mail, your preference. Insurance optional but HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Combined shipping discount offered.
• INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: USPS First Class Int'l (no insurance available) with the cost calculated based on shipping weight. Will also ship via USPS Priority International if you need it shipped more quickly and/or with insurance, but this obviously increases your costs dramatically. Combined shipping discount offered. Winning bidder is responsible for import duties/taxes - PLEASE DO NOT ASK me to mark the customs form as a "GIFT" to avoid customs fees.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If you purchase an LP from me that you judge to be of lower quality level than described here (people follow different grading standards), I will certainly work with you, but the buyer will be responsible for the shipping expense if the record is returned for a refund. When I receive it I will issue a Paypal refund (within 24 hours), on the condition that the LP is in the same condition as when I shipped it.
