DECCA SXL 2086
ED1
WIDEBAND / GROOVED / ORIGINAL RECORDING TEXT / BLUE BACK
RIMSKY-KORSAKOV
SCHEHERAZADE
ANSERMET / PARIS CONSERVATOIRE ORCHESTRA
graded EX / Fair
A lovely original ED1 recording in excellent sonic condition. The vinyl looks and sounds brilliant with only a very occasional soft pop. The original Decca FFSS inner is also excellent and crisp. Unfortunately the blue back sleeve only grades Fair due to 2 tears to the front (with paper fixed to inside to hold together) and a tear across the rear (some chipping also). Still the quality of the vinyl makes up for this as you don't play the sleeve!!
