The a-side looks unplayed. The b-side has on very small scuff/blemish. There is a punch hole through the label visible in the photo.
The record is in a plain paper sleeve.
I have rated this record on my own non-professional opinion erring on the side of caution. As I believe all the records have been played, the ratings I give are EX for a record with perhaps the lightest of paper scuffs, VG++ for records with more paper scuffs and/or one or two light scratches, then VG+ and finally VG if the record has more general wear and tear. I always try and describe any notable defaults, and do not auction anything that looks particularly poor. This record, and the others that I am auctioning (please have a look) were owned by a dedicated record collector and have not been played in the last 40 years.
