Description

DEE SHENDEREY Apple Records One-sided Acetate Stereo Press, Dee Shendery

Dee Shenderey was born in September 1942 in Ploughley, Oxfordshire, England as Deanna Pauline Shenderey. She is an actress, known for The Avengers (1961), The Fiend (1972) and Burke & Hare (1972).

I could find very little about this acetate. Several other similar ones have been sold in the past (see Popsike).

Notes:

  • Label spells Dee’s name as Dee Shendery (other online sources have Dee Shenderey). Also as Dee Shenderry on another Apple acetate!

    ‘
  • Apple Records Label: 'Apple Corps Ltd, 3 Savile Row, London W1. Custom Recording’ on label.

Apple Records UK Press 1960's (date?)
Condition:

Record: VG- some light marks / light scratches - affect play

Sleeve: n/a

Tracklist:

There are 4 tracks on play side A. However there is no track listing.

The following are names of tracks from a similar acetate, so may be 4 from this list:

A1        You’re Going To Hear From Me

A2        What Are You Doing

A3        Watch What Happens

A4        Dindi

A5        What Is A Youth

A6        The Best Is Yet To Come

There is another acetate with the following, which are 3 of the same tracks as above, although with slightly different names:

A1        The Best Is Yet To Come

A2        The Way You Look Tonight

A3        What Are You Doing The Rest Of Your Life

NOTE: All non-UK items are priced for tracked and/or signed for. Combined postage offered - £1 for each additional LP (UK only). Please confirm total combined for non-UK

IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, the Royal Mail have again increased their postage rates for sending parcels. I have therefore had to increase my postage and packaging rates accordingly.

The biggest increase is for non-UK tracked and/or signed for rates outside of Europe. I can send items using the economy rate but I cannot take any responsibility should the item be delayed or cancelled, as there is no way of investigating or getting a refund.

Please note that I do not listen to all records all of the way through – condition based on visual checks
