CONDITION OF VINYL...MINT- (Quality Original Thick And Deeper Grooved Harvest Label 1969 1st Vinyl Pressing. The Record Lies Flat With No Warp And Retains All It's Original Full Gloss, Shine & Lustre. The Vinyl Playing Surface Is Free Of Any Visible Blemishes, With No Groove Wear, Scratches Or Scuffs. Under Very Strong Light You Can Barely See Just One Or Two Very,Very Faint Sleeve Marks Where The Album Has Been Removed From The Inner Sleeve. The LP Has Been Played Just A Handful Of Times, And Then Only Very Carefully, On My High End Hi-Fi System, In The Near 40 Years Since I Bought It From New....Plays Fantastic Throughout, With No Sound Distortion And No Clicks, Pops, Jumps, Skips And Barely Any Crackle And Only Has The Very Feintest Touches Of Mega Low Level Background Sound In A Couple Of Places. The Whole Album Plays Beautifully Throughout With VIBRANT & CRYSTAL CLEAR AUDIO STEREO SOUND...A TRULY MAGNIFICENT COPY!!!)

CONDITION OF E.J.DAY LAMINATED GATEFOLD COVER...MINT- (Georgeous Full Gloss Laminated Gatefold Sleeve Is In Fantastic, Virtually MINT Condition, Very Crisp With Sharp Corners, Straight Opening Edges With Barely Any Feathering. The Matt Finish Inside Of The Gatefold Sleeve Is Unmarked!! The Spine Is Arrow Straight,Absolutely Superb,The Band Name And Album Title Can Be Clearly Seen (See Photos). The Front Has Just One Very Feint Laminate Crease (Virtually Unnoticeable...You Have To Look Very Hard To Even See It) Near The Lower Edge. Lovely thick 1960's vinyl with A-1 / B-1 matrix plus 1G/1G stampers, this signifies a 'TRUE FIRST MOTHER PRESSING'!!!  ULTRA RARE , especially in such STUNNING CONDITION , original 1969 UK first press HARVEST LABEL vinyl LP with the following two relevent and important label features; (1) 'The Gramophone Co.Ltd..' (on label rim) , (2) No Boxed EMI logo (Please See Photos). ABSOLUTELY THE FIRST ORIGINAL UK VINYL LP STEREO PRESSING  (A-1 / B-1 Matrix + 1G/1G Stampers) of this, the GREAT self-titled 3rd Deep Purple LP from 1969 .The LP comes housed in it's original and beautiful fully laminated Ernest J.Day & Co.Ltd. gatefold cover , complete with original 'Made In Great Britain' white inner sleeve. This is the fabulous self-titled 3rd Deep Purple album from 1969, the album contains some great psychedelic sounds and early progressive work outs, their approach to cover versions was similar in feel to some of the Vanilla fudge material. Record is in stunning, virtually Mint condition, with great sound reproduction as these legendary early UK Harvest label first pressings tend to be. The beautiful Ernest J.Day fully laminated gatefold sleeve is also in incredible shape as well. Packing Procedures: All records are securely and well packed in top quality material to avoid any unnecessary damage during transit.When posted the records are removed from the covers,if possible,and placed in a PVC outer protective sleeve to prevent any sleeve splits in the post. I use brand new top quality mailers, either the envelope style with super thick stiffeners to stop any sleeve bends in transit, or the “cruciform” style that wrap around the 12"/lp. I aim to dispatch within 48 hours of receiving payment . It is recommended that you choose the option for recorded delivery (within UK) or registered delivery (for Europe and Rest of the World) for higher value items . I cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged that are not shipped by recorded / registered mail . I obtain a certificate proof of posting for every item sent .

GRADING is STRICT: SS, M, M-, EX, VG+, VG.  BID WITH CONFIDENCE, and please check my feedback and read about my reputation as a seller . PLEASE NOTE!!! MY GRADING IS BOTH VISUAL AND AURAL . I check the vinyl very carefully under a strong light AND play all of my records before listing!
