Description
I will declare a lower amount on the customs form for all countries so as to avoid/decrease high import charges. However, in the case of the EU all purchases are subject to VAT which eBay collect at point of sale. No shipping to Russia currently. Deep Purple : Fireball A-2U / B-3U 1st Press + Lyric Insert / Harvest Inner
This first pressing plays with stunning quality with barely any interference. There is just one light tick and a little inner groove distortion on the final track of S1 but in all honesty the sonic quality on both sides is incredible and especially S2. The clarity, depth and power of the audio is so impressive and whilst it has been played the vinyl remains very clean and has clearly been so well preserved down the years.
The fully textured cover is also in great condition with minimal wear only and the lyric insert has just one corner crease. The original Harvest inner has only light wear. A superb 'package'. I believe this to be one of the first press variations. It still has the A-2U / B-3U matrix and has the 'The Gramophone Co. Ltd' info around the perimeter and 'Made in Great Britain' on the labels. It also has the Harvest inner sleeve.

Visual description
The vinyl is in excellent condition and still has a strong glossy sheen with no marks or scratches. Under a bright light the vinyl is very clean and I can only see a relatively small amount of faint hairlines. There is one one S1 that is a little more obvious but it is still faint and has no affect on the audio. The Harvest labels are unmarked with only some spindle wear on each side but not an excessive amount.
Play Grading
Time really is against me on this one so I will keep my description brief but I will still play every track in full! 'Fireball' plays with supreme power and depth through every section and there is no intrusion at all not even on the fade out. A Mint start to the album. 'No, No, No' runs at nearly 7 minutes and yet the only background is one light tick at the end of instrumental section towards the end of the track. Aside from that it plays with impeccable quality. The intro on 'Demon's Eye' plays with perfect clarity and Gillan's opening vocal section is just as impressive. It continues in much the same way - with great power and depth and no intrusion. Evert vocal and instrumental passage play with STUNNING quality and even the long fade out has no background not even a dust tick. Mint-
'Anyone's Daughter' has a long quiet intro and yet it plays with phenomenal clarity with just one tick at the beginning. The opening vocal has no interference and it continues to impress on so many levels. Low key by their standards and it plays very clearly with only minimal inner groove distortion. I think Near Mint- is fair here.

The long intro on 'The Mule' plays perfectly and the opening vocal section is just as clean. Paice features heavily here of course and the power and depth of the audio is flawless. In fact every section plays without fault - Blackmore's work is stunning as always and Lord at the end with the rest of the gang - wow! It builds perfectly with no distortion and then the final quiet few seconds have no intrusion either. Mint
The quiet intro and opening 'vocal' on 'Fools' is 'as new' with literally no background and as the volume increases the playback is strong and clear and again there is no interference. From then on it plays with STUNNING precision and I cannot emphasise enough how well it plays. It has a classic mid instrumental section and to say it plays well is an understatement! It just could not play any better - the clarity and definition of the audio is incredible and the next vocal section is superb also - supreme power and no distortion. To the end this 8+ minute track plays with exceptional quality and it has to grade as Mint it is the definitive version in my opinion.
'No One Came' ends the album with genuine quality once more. A powerful number it plays with great depth and resonance and for a final track the audio is so clean and precise. From start to finish there is no interference and the mid instrumental in particular plays with stunning quality, it demands to be played loud! Another perfect fade out also - what a track! This is without doubt Mint- version.
The Gatefold, Lyric Insert & Harvest Inner Sleeve
The G & L textured cover is in excellent condition with only a little shelf wear. The edges have only minimal rubbing - just a little more by the bottom right hand corners - and the spine is in superb shape with barely any wear. The corners are extremely clean and the opening edge is pristine. The front cover is stunning without any marking and only a couple of minor edge creases next to the spine. The back cover has a little ringwear near the top, a small white 'mark' in the top right corner and a faint mark near the bottom right corner. The inside of the gatefold is near perfect with only very minimal fading along the top edges. A fine example.
The lyric insert has no marking and is close to perfect with just a crease in the bottom right corner. The original Harvest inner is in great condition with barely any marking and only light creasing.

Postage & Packaging
I will only send items items worldwide via tracked shipping. This provides 'peace of mind' in case of loss or damage. The shipping costs are shown below and combined shipping is always offered. Any over-payment will always be refunded.
The Royal Mail only insure up to a value of £250 so if an item sells for more it may be wise to use a courier service (e.g. Parcelforce or DPD). An extra insurance premium will be required but I will not know the exact amount until the final sale price is known. Because of this I will sometimes have to estimate the cost and this will be shown in the listing. All vinyls are packaged in strong over-sized custom made mailers with plenty of extra cardboard protection. They are placed inside separate poly-lined inners outside the cover so as to avoid seam splits in transit and then placed inside a PVC sleeve to provide even more protection. I pride myself on my high quality packaging as my feed confirms and if any customer has any specific requirements I am more than happy to help.
The mailers I use cost £1.00 each and I will use anything between 3-5 cardboard stiffeners which cost approx £0.18 each. There is also the cost of the poly-lined inner and PVC sleeve to consider, it all adds up! Not forgetting that eBay take 10% of the shipping fee also!!
