DEEP PURPLE IN ROCK
Harvest 70 A2B1 UK LP No EMI Box VG++/VG
SHVL777
UK 1st press with no EMI box on label.
GRAMOPHONE CO LTD rim text
& earliest A2B1 matrix.
Gatefold sleeve has a name written inside,
a couple of laminate creases but generally
VG++ to nr EX condition.
Harvest inner sleeve is VG+ condition.
Labels have a name written in felt pen or
similar on Side 1 which is a shame,
Side 2 Labels are very clean.
Vinyl is generally VG+ condition with a
very light scratch, slightly feelable on last track
on Side 1 which gives a few clicks,
but does not jump at all.
Generally the album plays great.
Has had a professional clean.
Item 452
the record has been played on a Linn LP12 Sondek turntable fitted with a goldring stylus , listened to through full range handmade wilmslow audio transmission line speakers that have superb response and definition on all frequencies
For accurate grading visual and play grade (like all my records)
this record has been professionally cleaned using an
okki nokki cleaning machine
( 1st clean with purified water and isoproranol alcohol and
finished off with L’art du son / purified water mix
the alcohol mix removes the release agent all records have from the manufacture stage , this hides detail in the sound
the l’art du son mix seems to smooth out any brittleness the alcohol water mix
