Description

This is the original UK LP by DEEP PURPLE, DEEP PURPLE IN ROCK, originally released in 1970, this is the 1973 Pressing on the HARVEST label SHVL 777, with EMI boxed logo and 'GRAMOPHONE CO LTD.' credits on the rim of the labels.

Matrix numbers are,  Side 1:-  SHVL 777 A-2 

                                  Side 2:-  SHVL 777 B-1   

Stamper codes are,   Side 1:-  4 / RDD

                                  Side 2:-  1 / GTO

                                              

The original 1973 UK laminated gatefold cover is in MINT- condition. The spine is broad, clean and perfectly readable. No unwanted writing, no seam splits. The cover maintains all it's original bright vibrant colour, a simply beautiful cover!, beautiful thick glossy lamination on the outside. Inside is lovely and clean, crisp and fresh.

The vinyl is in MINT- condition !. The vinyl gleams with all its original shine and lustre!. The vinyl plays EX+++ / MINT-, playing with superb clarity, playing with superb depth and warmth!. Side 1 plays EX+++ only a little light crackle at the start of side 1, soon disappears. Side 2 plays MINT-.  A great playing vinyl!, JAW DROPPING AUDIO!, A FINE QUALITY PRESSING!.

The labels are in EX+++ / MINT- condition, beautifully clean and fresh, no unwanted writing, no scuffs, the centre spindle hole shows no wear.

The original 1973 UK white inner sleeve is in EX+ condition, clean, no seam splits, no unwanted writing.
