Description
DEEP PURPLE - 'SHADES OF DEEP PURPLE' Rare!
UK original 1st press MONO sleeve and 2nd pressing black/white/silver PARLOPHONE labels.
Original MONO SLEEVE! (1968). Sleeve in EX condition, vinyl NEAR MINT!
Sleeve is PMC 7055. Vinyl is PCS 7055.
UK original first/second press with the slightly later (1969) labels. This has a MONO original sleeve from 1968!!!
I cannot be sure that the sleeve is original to this record, but it makes for a high-end 'filler' for the collector who cannot afford £500+ for a stock black/yellow 1st press full MONO version.
The MONO sleeve grades full EXCELLENT (EX) and the vinyl grades NEAR MINT! A beauty.
The STEREO vinyl plays brilliantly well. Overall a superb listening experience.
Original printed inner sleeve in EX+ condition.
MATRIX: (Stamped)
XEX 689-1 2 RR
XEX 690-1 1 RH

This record will be sent with full-value insurance and tracking number. Proof of postage will be obtained. All my items are securely packaged into two heavy-duty cardboard cruciform mailers to provide ultimate protection and avoid all damage. UK buyers - ignore the £4.50 cap on postage that eBay suggests on the listing. Royal Mail Special Delivery with full insurance to UK destinations will be £7.50.
I pay for my packaging materials, so I include the price of this with my postage rates. I pack all LP's in two heavy duty cardboard cruciform mailers with loads of brown parcel tape.
