To the music: it starts with 3 superb, medieval folk psych Songs: 1. "Starwind Rising" is a medieval folk psych JEWEL, "Eternal Loser" is wonderful folk psych KILLER with flute, timeless masterwork I mean, and next song, called "Wobblies From Space", is country folk meets desert psych MONSTER: it sounds like the group stands in front of you in small studio, fantastic Sound, due to repeating it has a hypnotically groove; next song is songwriter folk with a few short but sublime avant ideas here and there by a lazy Lady, sung by Kathleen, and "Castaway" is a medieval folk psych ballad, flute and bodhran give add a spooky, dangerous Impression to it, superb flute solo too, a JEWEL in my opinion; side 2 song 1 is Country Folks bluegrass with mandolin as lead Instrument, song 2 is medieval folk psych with flute, song 3 is a avant prog folk gem with flute, 4 is folk psych and last song is a Reprise of "Starwind Rising".

To the recording: This was a hi end recording in 1977, hi fi for sure, so this LP belongs on the TAS list for this, sorry for the bad foto, but under "technical notes" below on back cover is to read

"Equipment used for this recording was of the highest quality. Microphones used were the Neumann U87, AKG 414, AKG 451, AKG 224E, and Electrovoice RE20. Signal processing ws done utilizing a custom-built console and was mastered on an Ampex 440B tape machine..."
