DER WEG EINER FREIHEIT - Finisterre DLP (BLUE Vinyl, limited 400 Copies) NEW, Bla

Black Metal Release Date: 25 August 2017
Limited Edition: 400 Copies
Special: 29,99 EUR inkl. MwSt. Artikelbeschreibung Weitere Hinweise

The foursome DER WEG EINER FREIHEIT are from Würzburg and present their 4th studio album with ''Finisterre''. The resounding Post Black Metal passages of the 5 overlong tracks, belong to the absolute top class of the genre. The original pieces are still in play, the aggressive German directness akin to ENDSTILLE & a penchant for brooding melancholy as embodied by IMPERIUM DEKADENZ. Spiralling psychedelic moments comparable to DEAFHEAVEN & WOLVES IN THE THRONE ROOM also find their place, as well as a knack for majestic melodies that shows parallels in Swedish black metal spearheaded by MARDUK & DARK FUNERAL. This album marks the point where DER WEG EINER FREIHEIT turn their various influences into a work entirely of their own expression despite never trying to cover up their roots. This impressive maturity has been reached through several stages. Transparent blue double vinyl edition is limited to 400 copies worldwide. Comes with gatefold cover, includes lyrics sheet & re-recorded version of ''Neubeginn'' as a bonus track.
