THIS IS AN EXCELLENT+ EARLY PRESSING COPY OF THE DEREK AND THE DOMINOS ALBUM "LAYLA" THE BAND NAME USED BY ERIC CLAPTON IN 1970 AFTER THE COLLAPSE OF THE SUPERGROUP BLIND FAITH.
OFTEN REGARDED AS CLAPTON'S FINEST WORK, THIS ALBUM ALSO FEATURES DUANE ALLMAN AND BOBBY WHITLOCK ALONG WITH VARIOUS REFUGEES FROM THE DELANEY AND BONNIE BAND IN WHICH CLAPTON ALSO APPEARED.
IT INCLUDES TO MASSIVE HIT "LAYLA" THE LOVE SONG FOR GEORGE HARRISON'S WIFE, PATTI BOYD.
THE VINYL IS EXCELLENT+ BOTH RECORDS RETAIN A DEEP ORIGINAL SHEEN, AND PLAY WITHOUT ANY SKIPS, STICKS OR LOUD POPS, AND NO BACKGROUND NOISE. THERE ARE NO SIGNIFICANT MARKS OF ANY SORT.
THE LABELS ARE CLEAN AND UNMARKED.
THE SLEEVE IS IN EXCELLENT+ CONDITION WITH NO WRITING OR MARKS, A RIGID AND FULLY READABLE SPINE AND NO SIGNIFICANT EDGE WEAR. THE INNER GATEFOLD IS IMMACULATE.
THE INNER SLEEVES ARE PLAIN WHITE PAPER.

Good - The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches.Pictures sell!
