Description

Very nice original 1979 first pressing copy of the classic Layla double-LP by Derek and the Doninos, on ATCO SD-2-704. Of course this is Eric Clapton with a host of fancy musicians, including Duane Allman on brilliant slide guitar. This is a great playing copy. There are a few superficial scuffs and light marks but really they don't affect the play at all. It plays near flawlessly all the way through and sounds just wonderful. The cover has some ringwear and short seam splits at the top edges (see photo) as well as the usual corner wear. The spine is intact and fully readable and the whole thing is solid and still looks quite nice. See photos. This is a lovely original copy that sounds fantastic.
