Description
On offer, ONE 7" Vinyl record a '45 rpm ' disc number CB-305 on the Oriole Record label (The record in it's sleeve weighs ca. 48 grams)
featuring
" Derek & The Freshmen "
... on the A side ...
" Gone Away "
... and on the flip side ...
" I Stand Alone "
CONDITION : The VINYL retains a pleasing sheen with just a few extremely light surface marks ... the LABELS are excellent ... whilst there is a very good Company paper SLEEVE with some typical creasing (please see my photos ... thank you).
During test play before listing the disc played really well with little discernible surface noise other than the great sounds of
Derek & The Freshmen
other than
Please note : I should say that the B side appeared to have continuous background distortion / fuzz and upon close examination there appears to be notable wear in the groove ... still plays through fine but all a bit fuzzy.
At a glance without close examination both sides look excellent
ONE enjoyable 7 " '45 rpm' Vinyl record, TWO great tracks from this interesting Band, although the mild distortion on the B side is a distraction I think overall this rare disc is a worthy addition to a collection until perhaps a perfect example comes along
