The album is MONO

This album, when first issued in 1967 quickly became a favourite among Jamaican music fans,
although not many were produced.
It is a now much sought-after record.
This Classic Album has been described as
sublime and soulful...and on listening to it, I have to agree...

CONDITION.

The Cover.

GOOD+

By far the most disappointing thing about this album is the condition
of the cover. Flimsy when first produced in '67, it has seen some wear and some tear,
especially around the edges.
The main cover front is actually pretty good, except for a small ballpoint pen scribble in the middle. (You can just see it from the photograph)
The back cover is almost blemish free, save for a tiny mark at the bottom left.
I think overall it's pretty good for it's age, but it isn't perfect...
Also remember that this is the rarest of all Derrick Harriott's albums!

The Vinyl.

VERY GOOD +

VISUALLY the record looks to have been played a few times... BUT there are no major marks or scratches etc.
AURALLY the record sounds great with no jumps or skips at all. There is a little mild scratchiness on the run -in, on both sides,
as you would expect to hear on an album of this vintage.
Generally it plays perfectly well on throughout and the main thing is, there are NO MAJOR defects.



I am in the process of selling a few and unusual records some in Mint but most in the EX or VERY GOOD PLUS range of condition, so see my other items should you wish to save on shipping costs.
I try to grade records as accurately and as fairly as I can, as I have found that things I have bought on ebay have mostly been described pretty well, with only one in a hundred-odd transactions being not quite as described - but near enough for me not to complain!

MINT (M) - Sealed and/or obviously unplayed. Perfect condition.

NEAR MINT (NM) - Vinyl in new condition, record may have been played once or twice.
The cover may have very, very slight wear and/or creasing.

EXCELLENT. (EX) - The record shows evidence of being played with a few light surface marks or scuffs. the cover posssibly has slight general wear.

VERY GOOD (VG) - The record shows signs of being played a lot with a few light scuffs, scratches and subject to normal wear and tear.

GOOD - Plays reasonably well but has lots of scuffing/scratching that may be distracting. The cover shows lots of wear with creasing,tears and splits.
