Side One: I'll Always Love You Certainly VERY GOOD+++++++  if not EXCELLENT Feint hairline marks yes, but plays brilliantly

Side Two:  For All We Know Again brilliant verging on EXCELLENT

Condition Notes & Interpretations:

Interpretation of condition is subjective. If you bid on an item please bear in mind the record might well be older than you, so do please make allowances.

We try to grade as closely to actual as is possible but do of course recognise that your own interpretation of MINT or EXCELLENT or VERY GOOD might not always reflect our own so we will always talk about accepting returns and therefore invite you to read on, about our policy.

Provision & Conditions apply to returns in so far as (but not limited to) the goods being returned must be the same actual items as dispatched and must be in the same condition as at the time packaged by ourselves prior to dispatch. To this end we always keep clear close up photographs on file for reference. these photographs are, as per detailed above, available by e-mail prior to the end of auction or Best Offer being concluded and also apply to Buy It Now.

Postage Package Shipping & Handling:

We only apply a P&P fee on lower priced items since to offer free P&P on such items might mean we were better off financially to simply give the item away. Because a listing shows a P&P fee does not necessarily mean we will charge all or any of that, especially where a low starting price auction item realised a substantial winning bid.

However, we do require P&P charges to be paid at outset and it is, will be, at our discretion as to how much if any of the P&P fee is refunded once items are delivered.

Payment Terms & Payment Types:

We prefer PayPal for all items.

Credit Card payments, via PayPal are fine, but we cannot accept Credit Card payments direct.

We prefer payment to be made more or less following auction closing or e-mail communication.

Personal cheques are acceptable but please allow at least 10 days for clearance after the day we pay in your cheque. this might in fact mean waiting 14 days since we do not bank daily.

Personal cheques must be made payable to Funding Options.

In the event we need to take bank to bank confirmation of your cheque having been cleared, and this incurred any charge or fee we might usually expect you to forward payment for this before any goods were released or dispatched.

In any event, we do not dispatch any goods until we have established full payment.

Complaints: We sincerely hope you have none but if you have any concerns or disappointment(s) please do not hesitate to contact us via the -e-Bay message system and you'll find we will bend over backwards to accommodate your concerns and appease complaint.

Concerns: Again, we hope you do not have any worries or concerns about our goods or services or in fact the safety of your money or purchases. We always do all we can to protect not only you the buyer but also ourselves, especially in terms of garnering good quality high score positive feedback, so you have us over a barrel really!

Communication: We aim to respond to any e-mail or message via the e-Bay system within 12 to 18 hours but do ask that you accept this might not always be possible.

We do however wish to point out that we always hold our buyer customer interests as of paramount importance and will always reply as quickly as possible, even if only to say your message is acknowledged and being dealt with and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Dispatch Time: We state in listing & description that we dispatch within 3 business days. This means within 3 business days of our receiving payment, or funds being cleared being confirmed to us by our bank.

Needless to say we always endeavour to dispatch items same day as payment confirmed but do ask that you allow the contingent 3 days stated plus normal posting times before having any concerns about postal losses.
