Description
A copy of the Gettin' Around album by Dexter Gordon on Blue Note (BLP 4204) that also features Bobby Hutcherson, Barry Harris, Bob Cranshaw and Billy Higgins.
The label reads: "33 1/3 microgroove LONG PLAYING - Blue Note Records Inc New York USA." "VAN GELDER" is machine-etched in the trail off. The hand-etched matrix reads: "BNLP-4204."
Condition:
The cover on this one is in rough shape -- quite a bit of water damage. A good one to two-inch swath on the front cover has been torn away. There is also a "B215" written in black marker near the center of the cover, as well as a square-ish blemish in the top left corner (looks like a label has been removed). The back cover has a larger section that has been torn away. There are three pieces of tape along the bottom edge.
The vinyl is VG+ (8 out of 10, good looking record with a couple scuff marks, mainly on side 1; the labels have a bit of discoloration/yellowing). This LP comes from a non-smoking home. The record you see in the picture is the record you will receive.

Shipping will be $4.00 for media mail in the U.S. I ship internationally -- but prefer that international bidders contact me first. I usually ship within 24 hours of receiving payment. I will combine shipping if you win multiple items. Also, I tend to recycle boxes, but I always make sure to pack items, particularly records, securely.
