Conductor Eugen Jochum’s recordings of Anton Bruckner’s symphonies with the Berlin Philharmonic (Berliner Philharmoniker) are celebrated as landmark interpretations in the classical music world. Recorded for Deutsche Grammophon in the 1960s, these performances are prized for their dramatic brass presence, structural clarity, and the rich, historically informed tone of the Berlin ensemble.  Jochum's Berlin Philharmonic recordings typically feature the original Haas editions  of Bruckner's scores and remain the definitive benchmarks for collectors.
Eugen Jochum’s pioneering Deutsche Grammophon cycle of Anton Bruckner’s 9 Symphonies (recorded between 1958 and 1967 with The Berlin Philharmonia and The Bavarian Radio Symphony Orchestra) remains a cornerstone of the Bruckner recorded discography. Jochum was the first conductor to commit a complete numbered cycle of the symphonies to disc, capturing an organic, deeply spiritual, and dramatic vision of Bruckner's monumental architecture. 
 This is an original first German pressing on the DGG label. "Made in GERMANY" text released in 1967.  This is the original first pressing large tulips. ALL of the inner sleeves are dated 1967 proving that this is the   original first release.
  The box includes a 26 page booklet with tracklist, credits and notes in NM condition.
 ALL discs have been cleaned on my OKKI-NOKKI machine and ALL play as EX+.  No clicks, No pops, No tics, No groovewear, No repeats, No jumps.
YES! All 22 sides!! Over 10 hours!
The labels are in great shape without any worrying faults. There are No spindle marks on any of the 11 lps showing how little if ever they have been played. There is no writing and no tears. 
The box is in EX condition.. EXCEPT that there are two splits where the top and bottom of the spine meets front of the box. See photos. An easy repair to strengthen the lid. 
The discs are in lovely condition, visually pleasing without any worrying feelable scratches or rubs. The discs displays a deep gloss and retains a beautiful shine and lustre. The records appears to have been lovingly played sparingly and played with a great deal of care. NO marks on any of the discs, The records test extremely well, powerful and punchy without interuptions during playback. No major loss in sound quality or aural performance and no loud pops or loud clicks. 
All run-ins, run-outs and even between tracks are generally silent! Discs are in EX+ condition. Booklet is in EX+ condition. Slight ageing of staples. Box is in EX condition.  Not bad for a 59 year old.
Grading :-
Near Mint. The record(s) look unplayed and have no spindle marks or surface marks. Please note that I cannot guarantee that the disc(s) have not been played but visual inspection suggests that this is the case. I can see no hairlines / sleeve removal marks.

 Excellent+:-   The record willl have been played but only sparingly. There will be NO major problems like pops, clicks or tics. There may be non sounding hairlines or paper swirls. There will be no jumps or skips but maybe the odd dust atatic.

Audio / visial comments. N/A for this item.   Grading Boxes. NEAR MINT: The box will be as nearly new without stains, line creases, writing or damage.
 Excellent:   The box has some age wear. Slight damage to corners.
